A lot of us had heard stories about leaving things in coke overnight. If you leave a nail in a cup of coke, after four days, it may dissolve. A T-bone steak put into a bowl of coke should dissolve within two days: it’s better just to eat and enjoy it! A rusted bolt can be loosened by applying a cloth, soaked in Coca-cola, for several minutes. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals, pour a can of coca-cola over the terminals to take it away.

To bake a moist ham, empty a can of Coca-cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a tasty brown gravy. Pour a can of Coca-cola into your toilet bowl, letting it sit for one hour, then flush clean, removing any stains. If you have rust on your car bumper, rub the bumper with a rumpled piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-cola. Clean any haze off of your car windshield with some Coke. It can also help clean an engine.
