Food For Thought

dagwood-sandwichThe old saying, you are what you eat, seemed a bit weird when I was a child. How could I become a cheeseburger just because I ate one? Today that saying makes sense, because we do tend to feel better plus look better as we watch what we eat.

To be somewhat fit, we need to be careful in what we eat or drink. Moderation plus sensible healthy eating can go a long way in helping us in our healthy diet. Most of us may eat a whopper,double cheeseburger or something on occasion that is not one of the best healthy food choices, but that should be alright if we tend to eat a heart healthy diet regularly. When we mess up big time, it is important to not beat ourselves up, but to just get back on track. Don’t give up on healthy eating, just work up some healthy eating plans then experiment with some healthy recipes, healthy snacks, and health fitness strategies. Plan the work then work the plan.
