In an interesting recent article by Anne Rice, titled ” The Angels Among Us”, she told about the plethora of angel items being sold all around us. The number of books talking about angels has also seemed to increase. Angels offer consolation, protection, and needed assistance. The Holy Bible talks about angels as messengers, protectors, advocates, and even the ones who were fallen. Read the books of Revelation and Daniel for more knowledge, and the four gospels for accounts of how Father God sent Gabriel to deliver messages to Mary and also Zacharias.

When we think of angels, many of us think of guardian angels, sent to help and protect us. Even though we don’t see them or recognize them if they are visible, we are comforted to know they exist and are out to watch our backs.
