Well, here we are in a new year, plus a new decade, whether we want it or not. It seems like just a few years ago that we were all worried about Y2K. Now we are faced with new opportunities and challenges in a new year.
Yesterday we spoke about setting some new year’s resolutions. Hopefully you have journalled a few things or at least have your goals in mind that you plan to accomplish. If not, set a few. They can be easy ones. One of my goals is to fix up my home and sell at some point in 2010. The accumulation, with a family of six, has been much more then expected due to our children’s stuff!
It seems that many people set a goal for more exercise and healthy weight loss. If you do, set some bite sized goals, like losing ten pounds by a certain date, then ten more, and so on. Track your progress, and when you slip a day, get back on track. Don’t give up like many do. Blend in things that will help you reach your goal. With weight loss, maybe get exercise and fitness 15+ minutes each day, only keep healthier eating alternatives in your home, and get a friend or family member to do it along with you.
We recommend taking supplements to assist your daily nourishment intake. Try Maqui Superberry for some great help with your heart healthy diet. It is a high antioxidant, nutritive supplement.
