3- Be commited. Stick with it. Aim at being fit, for the most part eating a heart healthy diet, plus getting regular workouts.
4- Learn all you can in the health arena. Study what foods are healthy, new recipes, carbs & fats, plus read your food labels.
5- Make this a Lifestyle. You are in a marathon, not a sprint.
